‘Amethyst Falls’ is a beautiful cultivar of the native American Wisteria that will bloom consistently every spring.  It will grow to 30 feet or more but is not invasive like the Chinese and Japanese varieties. The lovely lavender blue flowers appear in late April or early May and it will bloom again sporadically throughout the summer. It thrives in the full sun and well-drained soil.
