Cancellation Policy
You may change or cancel your child’s camp registration up to two weeks before the first day of that camp. A 20% administrative handling fee per child per camp will be assessed for all changes and cancellations. To change or cancel, please call 615-353-9827. Registration changes and/or cancellations cannot be completed online. We are not able to give refunds for cancellations/changes with less than two weeks’ notice. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for missed days of camp. Camps cancelled by Cheekwood because of low enrollment will automatically be fully refunded. Cheekwood will notify you no less than 2 days in advance if a class is cancelled and will try to accommodate your child in another camp session.
Location and Check-in
All camps are held on Cheekwood’s campus at 1200 Forrest Park Drive. Campers must check-in at the lower level of Cheekwood’s Frist Learning Center on the first day of their session. An authorized adult must accompany camper(s) into the building.
Student Information Forms
In order for your child to attend camp, you must turn in a completed Student Information Form on the first day of your child’s first camp session. A link to the Student Information Form is included in the confirmation email you receive upon registering your child for a class. If your child attends additional sessions, there is no need to submit additional forms. Cheekwood will keep the information on file throughout the summer.
Pack a Snack
There will be one snack time during each camp session. Please send a small non-refrigerated snack labeled clearly with your child’s full name.
Dress for Mess
Your child should wear clothes that are comfortable and suitable for hands-on, often messy fun!
Age Limits
Please note the appropriate age range for each session. Campers must be the proper age on or before August 1, 2008 in order to enroll in the camp.
Membership Discounts
Family and above members save 25% on all Cheekwood summer camps. When registering online, please make sure you have your member ID number available. While not shown on the initial registration page, the discount is reflected in the total seen on the payment page.
