SCHEDULING YOUR SCHOOL TOUR 

Both guided and self-guided tours are available Tuesday – Friday. Space is limited, so reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Cheekwood requires one chaperone for every 10 students. 

Making A Reservation
Contact the Education Department to schedule a guided or self-guided tour.
Have the following information ready when you call or email: 

Your group’s name
Mailing and email address
Contact phone number
Name of desired tour
Grade level
Number of students and number of adults
Preferred date/time and two alternate dates/times for your tour

Admission
Cheekwood offers free admission for students, teachers, and 1 adult per 10 students.
Additional adults are $10 each.

Tour Confirmation
Shortly after you schedule your visit, you will receive an email including a tour confirmation form, Cheekwood map, museum and garden etiquette, and parking information. Please review this information carefully and notify Cheekwood immediately if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
