SCHOOL PROGRAMS

For an exciting, educational field trip, Cheekwood is the place to visit! Curriculum-based tours are conducted by trained museum docents and garden guides. Tours are provided for groups of students in grades PK through 12 and are FREE for students. Teachers plus 1 adult per 10 children are free. Each additional adult is $5.

To Schedule Your Group Tour to Cheekwood:
Please contact the Tour Coordinator to schedule a guided or “self-guided” tour.

Have the following information ready when you call or email:
1.      Your group’s name, mailing address, and phone number.
2.     The name of the desired tour.
3.     Your choice of dates and times (please have three options in mind)
Guided tours are offered Tuesday – Friday 9:30 am to 1:00pm Closed Mondays
4.     The size of your group.
5.     The grade level of your group.
 
*With each tour you will receive a list of applicable Tennessee Performance Standards and an Educator Guide for that tour, if available.
 
ADMISSION
FREE ADMISSION for school groups
No charge for teachers and 1adult per 10 students.
Additional adults are $5.00 each                                

Plus each student will recieve a RETURN PASS so they may share their experience with their family. 
We also offer discounted memberships to educators
